"How to Make your own Eagle Components?" or "Who has a PT2399 and a NE571"?

Anyone have a good tutorial on making and editing Eagle Library Components?

I need a PT2399 and NE571, and the ability to make stuff so I don't have to ask for it in the future!

Lots of good looking results there. In particular, I've read through the SparkFun tutorial and found it pretty nice.
