I got an Ardiuno Duemilanove, now what?

My girlfriend surprised me with a fantastic gift of the Ardiuno Duemilanove! I went through some of the demo circuits online with the parts the kit came with (blinking LED/pot controled/buzzer sounds), but now what can I do with an effect? Are there any projects out there I can use this with, or somewhere to read up on the code used so I can build some stuff from the ground up?
