Neat, I wonder how much difference there is with the breadboard version.
I'm going to post a vid on youtube this weekend, I have a lot of people wondering what it sounds like. :P

Ah it wouldnt sound any different really.

Hrm, I think I am going to have to shield the input wires after all. I didn't bother because I didn't have any, and wanted to see how noisy it'd be without it.  So.. I've seen shielding done with tinfoil, does that actually work?  Shiny side out, right? :P

Im working on sheilding and biasing mine now.  I have a really really bad high pitch ringing....

Weird, for me it was a snap crackle pop input.  But oddly when I fired it up a few hours ago it was perfectly silent.  (what?!)
