The layout for the GGG PT-80 doesn't indicate polarization for the 1uF Caps. I ordered 1uF Electrolytic caps to put in here, and since in many cases it's hard to figure out which end goes to ground I'm having a hard time deciding whether or not I ordered the right caps? Can I use these? Is there a paticular method for figuring out the proper way to put them in (polarization)? Or have I screwed up here and need to order different caps?

The positive terminal of an electrolytic goes to the side that has the higher DC bias. If you can work this out from the schematic then great. If it seems too much of a headache, get non-polar caps.

They are NOT electrolytics.  These caps from small bear will work great.
