Fuzz faces circuits NPN GE

anyone know what layouts/schematic i use for NPN Germanium fuzz faces..? Can i use a Silicon schematic and just swap transistors..? i have picked up some AC187k's cheap and wanted to test them out..ive herd heaps of people say they are not too bad, but none say how to use them..

You can use this, it can take Ge or Si transistors.
