I installed it on a friend's Nano SS earlier this year, and it worked just fine.  Any old 1N914/1N4148 types silicon signal diode will do just fine.

I know this is an old thread, but wanted to confirm this mod works on V3 Small Stone. Great results! Just used the 2nd and 3rd lugs of the pot.

Hey people, such a nice idea this..
I was wondering, does anyone have any idea how i could have a CV input for the LFO speed?
Or how to control the speed of phasing with an external LFO?
OR even have the LFO output of small stone to trigger other things..
Thinking in modular terms.
