LED idea for wah

Hey guys I had this idea for a wah...you have a 2 colour led, and it changes colour from heel-down to toe down.
Maybe from from red to blue or green.  what do you think of that?  could it be done, and how??

with a dual pot, you could get a bi color led, i think that if you fed one color led from one side of the pot, other color led to the other side of the pot and put a one k resistor from the middle lug to +9v, you'd have one color fade from full to off,while the other fades from full of to full on, so it would be blue...purple...red. or yellow ...green... blue, or even yellow...orange...red....whatever colors the bi colored led is...
the other half of the dual pot would do normal wah function...

there is a guy in nz named Waylon Mcpherson (of McPherson stompboxes) that sells a 'street mod'...basically a piece of
perspex (sp?) or similar being the plate underneath, with leds shining through...

..but how cool would it be with the rocker changing the colour of the perspex!     anyone got any other ways of doing it?

Hmm what if we use the pot in the wah to control an LED, which can control multiple 'pots' at once. Has anyone ever made an LED/LDR wah?

that's a great website, really clear explainations...i'd recommend that to any newbies
