I'm using a 24vdc wart that I'm measuring more like 30v. set the bulb so it glows. I eliminated the volume pot and have the output going directly to the jack from "N" with a 100 k to ground ( did I miss anything here?). I used all 2n5088 except the bulb driver is 2n3904.

Q11 looks a little out of wack to me but not sure what to change to fix it.   I can hear it working really faint. the speed and depth controls work. I've gone over all the resistors to double check the values and carefully checked all solder points. appreciate any help, thanks.

So I got it working. the expensive heavy duty 4dpdt switch is not working on one of the lugs. Switched it to anouther lug and it works! I would still appreciate any comments on my voltages. should i change that one 2n5088 or do some resistors need tweaking?

my initial impression is its more tremolo sounding rather than swirly, but i haven't done any tweaking with it yet.
