Has anyone found a link to CA3130 data sheet?
All I can find is for the CA3130 and CA3130A, I want to know the difference between CA3130E and CA3130EZ.

I have a few CA3130E at home but I want the CA3130EZ. My order for the EZ version (from allied electronics) got cancelled because minimum order amount was $50 for intl. customers :(

Anyone know the difference between CA3130E and CA3130EZ or have a data sheet for the E-versions of the CA3130, please post.

Er...if you type CA3130E into Google you get the Intersil datasheet on the second hit. The ordering information is on the first page.

A CA3130EZ is a CA3130 in an 8-pin DIP package (E), RoHS-compliant (Z).
Bringing you yesterday's technology tomorrow.

Thanks a lot!

I did look through that intersil datasheet yesterday but there was only one hit for ca3130ez and that was on the first page of the document where the specs for temp range and package was. I took for granted that something more than lead-free was the difference.
Thanks again, saved me both time and money.

The letters on the back-end usually designate "package". Round can, ceramic DIP, p-DIP, SMD. For your purposes, these are all the same, except the pins may be different place and size.

I never saw "Z" but it makes sense to put the no-Lead status with the other package codes.
