Vox clyde McCoy wah PCB.. Please help me find errors.

Hi folks.
I,ve been working on a a clyde mccoy wah. I've already made the PCB (which seemed to be correct to me, when I made it) and soldered the components in. But,there's no effect when turned on. There is no sound at all.

Have I missed anything?

What did you use as transistors?
Do you have the correct pinout?

The trannies are BC109B

Q1 reads
E 0 V
B 0 V
C 8 V

Q2:
E 6.74 V
B 7.07 V
C 7.99 V

All off board wiring seems to be correct.
