Hi guys,

Does anyone know where to buy Ferric Chloride in Australia? Melbourne to be more specific.  I used to buy it from Dick Smith but they've run out and are not getting any more.  I'm currently using Ammonium Persulphate from JayCar but that stuff is so aggressive, it just eats through my etch resist pen and doesn't do as good a job as Ferric Chloride.

Thanks in advance,

You might want try Rockby Electronics in Clayton...it's not listed on their online catalogue at the moment but I believe they have sold it in the past  :)
Builds: Bazz Fuss, Orange Squeezer, Omega, Green Ringer, Dist+, X-Fuzz

To semi hijack the thread do you guys know where to get it in Adelaide? Cause if DSE ain't sellign it anymore I need a new supplier too.

I can buy if from that fitzroy store butt they want 44 bucks more for TNT to ship it as its classified as a hazardous material.

I thought DSE still sold it,just not online...its still listed online but not for online sales.

Nevermind, i found a really good store in ADL.
