combined power supply problem (bipolar and dc jack)

I have three circuits that Id like to get to work together as one effect in one enclosure. The problem is one is bipolar (9V battery and resistor divider - sine wave generator), the other is powered by a dc jack (input and output utility boost), the third is passive (ring mod). I initially had them connected with jacks and that seemed to work. Now, there's a horrible whining/buzzing sound I can't get rid of.

Is there anyway I can fix this ?
