Hey, all. My first post, and I'm a bit of a noob.

I'm working on a few mods for my big muff. Presently, the one that I can't figure out is how to set it up so that I can add four sp4t switches so that I can select different combinations of diodes. Ultimately, I'd like each of the four diodes to be assignable to either the originals, germaniums, or LEDs. Unfortunately, the only sp4t switches I can find are rotary, and I don't think I'm going to have room for all of those. Is there simple way to convert say an on-on-on three-position spdt switch into something like this.

Problem solved... maybe.

Spent some more time thinking about this, and decided that using two 2p6t rotary switches from SBE was probably easier, and definitely cheaper. It solves all of the problems, pending the result of one last question: whether it makes any difference which diode of a two-diode pair is different.  Can anyone clear up this matter for me?

Not in any consistent way. Flip a coin.
