Hello all!
I have a few days off and have been attempting to bread board ( or something close)  this:
http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_geb_npn_lo.pdf
I was just curious on the polarity of the electrolytic capacitors and the orientation of the two 47uF's...also, as far as I can tell, R10 listed is (almost has got to be )  a jumper, with no resistance at all.  If anyone out there felt like jumping in  & giving me a reality check on this, I would much appreciate it- Thanks in advance ;)!
....and ask Bernie if he wouldn't mind picking me up some Ferric Chloride once he gets done grabbin my 12 of Sam Adams...

Hi Glenn,

I think it's probably easier to look at an alternative version of the same schematic. You could have a look here at the bottom scheme (easier to read I think):
http://fuzzcentral.ssguitar.com/rangemaster.php.

AFAIK the negative leg of each of these caps should be facing and be connected to ground.
R10 would appear to be a jumper.

Thank you Stratman! Actually, what I was looking for was NPN, and the Rangemaster layout you directed me to was PNP. However, the nice thing here is just underneath the layout you directed me to is the Ranger Blaster layout and that is basically NPN which was exactly what I was looking for. The bottom line is I have figured out the proper polarity for what I am working on. Again thanks for pointing me to the right direction.
