Eq sweep (in High Gain Pedals)

Hi, i've been modding my High Gain pedal...

and used a modified version of the Dr. Boogey Eq...  but I was wandering in which frecuencys the Mid notch should go for HARDROCK/METAL

right now it has 4,7K (as original) but with a 3.3K it goes more liek Traditional Marshall.


any help?

Replace it with a 10k trimmer or pot - then you can adjust it to whatever your ears prefer!

i agree with the trimmer. but the ballpark is between 800hz and 1khz...
