Hi.
Has anyone built from this layout?
http://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/main.php/v/mnordbye/layouts/layout_render.gif.html
Made one today, and it is behaving weird. Chopped up tremolo sort of oscillating noise...hmmm? I have been over my board many times, can´t seem to find any mistakes myself?

Something must be wrong, because it shouldn't be doing that. Is there a track on the vero that you are supposed to cut? Maybe you missed it? Or the layout has a mistake on it somewhere.

I triple checked my board and compared to the layout. I made no mistakes;)
I´ll be comparing the layout to the schematic later tonight then. Was hoping someone had built from this layout with succes.  Maybe I´ll perf up another version from yuor layout?
Thanks for the reply

I finally built a new one from the layout shown on your page:
http://www.diyguitarist.com/PDF_Files/BoomerangPCB.pdf
I set the trimmer to 47 k on the emitter of q2, and i used some bc109´s with gains in the area of 400-500. I now have an absolutely beautiful sounding wah....both with dist and clean. As long as I use the bridge pickup? When using the neck PU´s (both strat an humbucker guitars) it´s very "gainy".
In general, it also has a significant volume boost? Is this normal for this cirquit?

Voltages are Q1:
c: 3,26 v
b:0,67 v
e: 68 mv

Q2:
c: 8,82 v
b:7,2 v
e: 7,75 v

Hope someone can point me in the right direction...I feel ait should be better than this;)
