Here,as I was wanting a replacement for some of the Russian FETs to try the FET amp emulators from GTlabs.net > http://www.guitarjfet.ru/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=30&Itemid=34
I finally found this page when searching for data sheets, it has alot of parts cross refrenced to western components.
http://matthieu.benoit.free.fr/cross/russian_equiv.htm
It appears to have alot of useful cross refrencing so I thought I would share with the forum.
BTW the emulators from Gtlabs sound absolutely fantastic.
I know there are a few threads here on them,I cant believe they aren't getting the same attention as the Dr Boogie does (which they have a Mesa Boogie Twin Rectifier sim too)
If you can listen to the sound clips, the Krankenstien sounds pretty convincing.
And I really liked the SLO100 sim,amd the BuzzFall as well.
I'm no EE or even a tech, just a monkey with a soldering iron that can read, and follow instructions. ;D

If anyone has the specs for KP303A I would be most grateful, thanks
Or can translate the KP303E data sheet from the above link.

That is simple - Fets in schemes you mentioned (КП303А) may be replaced with j201, КП303Е may be replaced with j202, 2n5457.
And look here if you need to replace КПС104А (2ПС104А) with something:

Schemes are really wonderfull, no doubt.

P.S.:Some more stuff:

Thanks Zap so if I understand right>
A KP303A is a higher gain FET than the KP303E which in turn is slightly higher gain than a MPF102.
Is that correct ?

That's it!

Deadastronaut, wath the first link attentively, there is a direct link, which allows you to download PCB of BUZZFALL, it is placed between a picture of bypasss schematics and a yellow picture of BUZZFALL PCB with elements, the link is underlined (seek for Файл в формате Layout здесь). You'll need Sprint Layout 5.0 to open and modify *.lay files.

By the way, guys, these are interesting schemes also:

You're welcome! ;D I may try to translate something concerning troubleshooting etc., but my English is poor and the translation may be not so precise as it should be, but anyway, if you or someone else need it, it could be done.

What is the problem with Sprint Layout?
