Phase 90 in Acoustic

I bit off more than I can chew!!! I am trying to put an MXR Phase 90 into an acoustic guitar. I thought I was careful and wrote out where all the connections went before I took it out of the box. But I messed up. All I have is a squelling humming mess!!
Is there somewhere on the internet where I can get a drawing of the connections on the MXR? I purchased a couple of switches from Radio Shack. I have one switch that turns the battery off and on, and the other switch pivots the pickup up output. One way routes the wires directly to the output jack. The other way goes to the MXR and thats when the squeal starts.
I don't know if I can post pictures on this site, I'm sure if I could you guys would tell me whats wrong in a second.
