I'd like a vero or PCB layout for the GEOFEX 7 band graphic EQ.

Fairly simple, but I have more money than time. How much for you to do this?

It's 3/4 done. I have to stop for dinner now...........

Just make me a PCB sometime, of a circuit of my choice?  :icon_biggrin:

No problem. Right now I only have a few limitations for making boards:

-All of my copper clad is single sided and 6" x 9" or smaller
-I can't get .gif files to print at the right size (even after reading the thread) so a PDF with it sized correctly would be needed

It's looking like this:

I haven't added the values yet, but I believe the layout is correct. If you can read the schematic you should be able to match it up to the layout. I've used a TL072 dual opamp instead of a TL071, and used the extra opamp to provide a buffered vref. The resistor to ground at the output on the schematic doesn't have a value - I'm guessing 100k? I'll add all the values tomorrow anyway, assuming you like the layout.  ;)

That's good for me! I was thinking of about 3" x 3" single sided.  :icon_biggrin:

Awesome! Let me know when you want me to do the board.  Do you know the approx dimensions this is supposed to be? I can never get these to print right.

Here this worked for me.
Open it in Gimp,
Hit print ,but then click on image settings,
Make the width 7 then edit the end of it to .250 so it reads 7.250 then reduce to 3.250 inchs width
The height should then be at 1.219 inches
Print and check by placing an IC socket where the IC goes and a cap where a cap goes.
This looks like the perfect size to me.

Thanks for posting the layout and transfer Rick  :icon_mrgreen:
Your are a truly decent guy  :icon_wink:
I applaud you for sharing all that you do.

EDIT as a refrence alot of transfers you find in the gallery will print right if you scale them to 30% this seems to work for ALOT of transfers you can find online.
Or just keep adjusting until the parts fit the printout right.
I'm no EE or even a tech, just a monkey with a soldering iron that can read, and follow instructions. ;D

No problem amigos, I enjoy doing layouts, and this one was easy being so repetitive.  ;)

Seriously...this community is the most helpful bunch I've experienced. Very little bickering, and I've never seen an all out attack on someone. The same can't be said for other audio related communities.

Thank you to everyone.

I tried your method and resizing based on the IC pin spacing. When trying the method here it still prints huge and when I try resizing after measuring the pin spacing of the IC it gets distorted no matter what resample setting I use. I fail at printing gif files. I'll try at home.

Component values now added. By my reckoning the PCB should be approx 26mm x 77mm.

Sorry to double up,but I am in the middle of populating this...
Can I sub 5k6 or 10k for the 6k8 resistors ? (14 needed I have 10 :icon_evil:)
It looks they are simple voltage dividers or would I have to adjust the 7 x 33k resistors too?
Thanks Bryan
