Is the little big muff made from SMD parts or is it made useing caps, resister and transistors. Thanks.

It's mostly made w/ SMD.  There are some standard electrolytic caps and some have non-SMD transistors, depending on when it was made.

I thought so but I did find some on google that were made with no SMD parts at all. Just bought one from ebay and never thought to ask the seller what the guts looked like. Hopfully I can mod it with the wicker mod. I guess Ill find out soon. Thanks.

The vintage ones didn't use SMD but I was pretty sure the reissues all did to some degree.

I know the vintage ones didnt run on SMD but was hoping this wasnt all SMD. I got it today and come to find out. It was all SMD. It does sound good. Even with a tube screamer driving it.
