MN3205 used instead of MN3005 without changes ad900

When you do a build on a delay pedal such as the ad900 or ad999 can you use the mn3205 instead of the mn3005 and achieve the same pedal or do you have to change the circuit in someway in which to do it. Also does anyone have a pcb layout for the ad900 to make life easier rather than hand wiring the unit via the schematic. Thanks
