Correct input, output and direct out jack wiring for a Boss DD-3 made in Japan

Whenever i enable or step on my DD-3 it produces a click noise. The problem came out after my tech changed the input, output and direct out jacks on the pedal. Can anyone provide a picture or drawing the correct way of wiring these jacks, so the pedal can stop producing such click noise whenever i step on it.
