How to sync pedals without midi in? Midi -> Tap Tempo?

Hey, I am starting to mess with drum machines, and I need a way to sync my pedals to it.

The problem...I have four tap tempo pedals, but only one has midi in. Is there any sort of controller that converts the midi signal to some sort of pulse that the pedals can read?

Diamond Memory Lane (ext. tap tempo switch)
T-Rex Replica (Midi in)
Lightfoot Labs Goatkeeper (expression/cv in/audio track sync)
Moog Murf (ext. tap tempo, cv, expression)

Or...is there any way to make the pedals sync to a click track?

The Goatkeeper has a 'click audio in' pot. Would it be hard to add that to my other pedals?
