TCA350 BBD Datasheet?

I just got hold of 3 - TCA350 BBDs out of an old organ chorus mod board (I think these were the first BBDs to be produced) but I can't seem to find a datasheet for them anywhere after going through every page on google. I think they have a fairly short delay time to them but that's all I know other than that they might have been used in the 70s Eventide Instant Phaser.

Anyone got any leads or information on them?

It was an MN 3001 in the Eventide Instant Flanger

In the Instant Flanger yeah, but I came across someone saying it was in the Instant Phaser when scouring google for any info on the chip, you can see in these gut shots of the instant phaser there's no 14-Pin DIPs so it's not an MN3001 in this and could be a TCA350 although it's too small to see the chip faces.

..and that's probably it - at least everywhere I have checked only these two gifs were referenced.

Ah Cheers! that's something atleast (I missed that on the first page of google images because i've been searching for the 350 with the Y Suffix  ) although that's for the 6 pin version and I have the 8 (although only 6 of the pins are actually socketed) so hopefully they relate... now I just need someone that can translate from German to English, any of our forum members able to help with what the pins are?

Would I be right in saying though that pin 3 is Input and Pin 7 is Output... It's been a long time since i've learnt any German.

You don't need to speak any German to get the pins, just check schematic at page 128..

Not to resurrect the dead, but I had trouble finding TCA350Y data sheet. Links here seem dead.

Fantastic! Although I since sold mine off in a bunch of parts...

Still though, nice to have it for future reference, though I don't think designing anything new with them would be too worth it other than for a one off.
