Hey all,
I have a version 1-2 egodriver from madbean. It's all boxed up and working good except for about 1/6th the volume when engaged. When I ground the output section with my finger it all seems to work fine. Any ideas as to what It could be and what I could do to fix the problem?

Thanks,
Danny

Take it apart, try to find the section that is faulty.  Wiggle wires.   Could be that the output jack isn't making contact w/the enclosure to ground it, but that's just guess work.

You fail to mention if this is homebrew DIY, or if you bought it....
Go thru the 'Debugging" thread and post the info required there, so we can help!  ;o)

You should have a wide range of volume gain. Something is definitely wrong. Could be a faulty trace, or any number of ground related issues (or a bad pot). You are probably going to have to take it apart to look at the traces again.
