Answer to germanium heat issues?

How long before we're running mini refrigerators in our pedals?  I've certainly got some that could use it.

The tiny compressors and tubes in the description mean that it is a miniaturized air conditioner.  There are Peltier-effect coolers which double as Seebeck-effect thermoelectric generators.  Maybe you will have a Peltier cooler in a circuit powered by the same device acting as a generator.  The coolers are small - less than a square inch.
