I built a wooly mammoth and have been trying to get some more treble out of it but after swaping a few components out i can't seam to get anymore out of it. has anyone done any mods to this pedal i like it alot. Im going to put a footswitch to remove the pinch so you can go from gated to ungated.

my version is based on this layout

Try bypassing the entire EQ section with a cap connected to the collector of Q2. Try a few cap values. Start with a 0.1ยต.

I will give that a go i hadn't thought of taking the eq section out, I guess i could make a different tone stack using that really cool tone stack calculator program. i was thinking of making up a few tone stacks on there own so that i could hook them in and out of different builds when im working on them.
