Jamie,

I see several things here too.

1) You have a 1M resistor going from Input to Ground while the schematic calls for 2.2M. If all you have are 1M resistors two could be placed in series to achieve 2M which would be closer to the schematic.

2) It appears as if you have some problems with the clipping diodes: the side connected from pin 2 calls for 2 diodes in series to increase the forward voltage and create asymmetrical clipping. I also believe the diodes are mis-oriented in your layout as well: the anode should be connected directly to the IC, you have the cathode connected instead.

3) I might be wrong here, but I believe you have your MOSFETs incorrectly placed. I thikn the schematic calls for the gate to be connected to the diodes and the drain and source connected to the IC.

4) Not sure how big of a deal this, but R9 should be connected from IC pin 2, while you have it connected to pin 1

5) On the tone control, everything connected to middle lug should be connected to the rightmost lug and the middle should not be connected to the right lug and in stead connected to the left lug

Haven't gone through all of it yet, I'll finish later.

Hope this helps

Here's mine, it may save you some time, and it's verified. The etched PCB is available from guitarpcb.com http://www.guitarpcb.com/apps/webstore/products/show/1632480
