Building a triple tap tempo pedal

I am wanting to build a basic pedal in a 1590A enclosure to use as an external tap tempo to some pedals.  I figure I can fit the stomp switch and three output jacks in the enclosure, so I'd like to be able to set the tempo on three pedals at once if possible.  Is this as simple as wiring a momentary switch to three mono jacks?

I've heard there are possibly some polarity issues where the tempos may only be set on the release of the stomp switch on some pedals - which seems like it would be ok.

Which pedals are you trying to control?

I'll be controlling a Boss DD-20, the Tap Tempo Tremolo (from this board), and I figured since it fit I'd throw in a 3rd jack for a future pedal.

First you have to figure out if they accept the same kind of tap tempo switch - will the boss FS you're supposed to use also work with the other pedals? After that, I'm sure the details of building the Boss Tap Tempo switch are around, just build that with multiple outputs. It's not a bad idea really.

Anybody have more info on this?  I believe making a single tap tempo switch is as simple as wiring a SPST switch to the two lugs of a mono jack.  Is it the same for multiple jacks?  Just wiring the one switch to the others as well?

Looking to tap a Boss DD-20, Tap Tempo Tremolo, and have one spare jack.

I think you answered yourself.

If you try it, you'll find out if it works.
