Red/Yellow Fasel pain in my WAH!

Well... The NEW Yellow Fasel works like a champ. Fired it up last night and it sounded sweet. Now I just have to find a good way to tune it. Prefferably by oscope.

I guess the old Yellow was just bad internally. It ohmed out at 23 ohms (The new one read 17) but would not Wah. Could have been a cold solder joint too.

I may be wrong, but I think that it was probably the issue, as 23 ohm would not be suspicious for a wah coil. So don't throw it...

The easy way to figure that out is to just reflow the suspected solder joints. I've had solder joints that looked like they should be fantastic but actually were cold solder joints. Looks can be deceiving.
