Hey! i'm new at the forum :D and i'm building my first pedal!
Its a MXR Zakk Wylde ZW-44!!!
i have some pictures of my project!
i don't know if you can help me with some ideas about what can i use as a box

Thanks!

Welcome! Look forward to seeing you build.

As for boxes, if we knew where in the world you were it would help. I usually get the pre painted enclosures from Pedal Parts Plus, and I get switches from there also. I get lots of parts from Smallbear Electronics, including knobs and jacks and wire. Hope that helps.

If you are looking for on the cheap, you can use Raco boxes (electrical outlet boxes). I think the first (or one of the first) pictures in the picture thread has some examples.

Yep, first pic here: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=36392.0
Looking back at that made me realize how long I've been visiting this place!
If it ain't broke...   ...it will be soon.

Raco boxes are a good idea... but I'm not looking for something cheap... i need a box that will be durable.
Things apart Altoids Box seems to be a great idea   :icon_surprised:  hahahaha

another questions... what kind of switches and the 9volt adapter should i use?

They have boxes, 3PDT switches, and 9V jacks (use 2.1mm for the boss standard size). Their page on shipping doesn't say whether or not they can ship to Peru, but they do say they ship USPS. So perhaps if you send them an email they might tell you whether they can ship to you or not?

Nice job, but next time try to find somewhere special sockets for IC, for you may occasionally overheat opamp when solderng it to PCB. And besides it socket will make the replacement of opamp with another one easier if the opamp which is set up will be out of order for some reason (I hope everything is grammtically correct? Actually I'm not sure.... :icon_biggrin:)

thanks for the advice  ;)   i'll try it in my next pedal...

Any recommendations? i was thinking about doing a Dyna comp...

i'll accept suggestions  thanks!

I think I remember seeing a store on Slade's site...

Try BSIAB, it's not very hard to build, but sounds awesome. This schemo is fine, all transistors are J201:

Thanks everybody for the commets...
but i have one more question... do i need the dpdt swith? or is it anyway to build it with a regular swith?

DPDT or 3PDT are most preferrable, for they are most covenient for making passive (true) bypass or so called millenium bypass. If you want to make true bypass with led 3PDT is necessary, if without led, DPDT is enough, and if you build millenium bypass, you will need DPDT too.
Millenium bypass schematics you may find here:
