I select all layers (that should be etched) and duplicate layers. Then , merge those copied layers into one. From there, select a white area with the magic wand tool. Go to the selection menu, and hit modify selection, contract by 15px. Then, select the outline of the board with the selection tool and delete the unwanted border. You then need to make a layer underneath this new "ground Plane" layer and make all your ground connections. From there, on a top layer write in white with your text tool. When printing, make sure you select emulsion side down in the print options.
