9V Electric Mistress Questions....

I'm just curious if any of you have figured out any way to build Markus's 9V EM clone with a different IC? Perhaps 1 MN3005 or something newer? Both are pretty much impossible to find and expensive. Here's a link to the schematic.

MN3007 or TDA1022 (Thomeeque's design). IIRC there was some testing being done w/MN3207 also.
Both built & verified.
