GGG Octavia "Octave Down" mod?

I want to take the octave down functionality of the MXR blue box (minus the over the top fuzz) and mix this with the fuzz of the GGG octavia kit.  I have attached a link to the layouts/schematics below.  If anyone has a simple, quick solution for this (say a toggle switch and a small perfboard addition) I would be in greatly in debt for their help.  Thanks in advance for any help.
