I built one last night out of spare parts using BC108's for the boost stages and a homemade darlington of 2n3904's for the Bazz Fuss stage. Excellent tone and a nice break from all the Fuzz Face like circuits out there. I have parts coming for a Big Muff so I look forward to comparing the two. I also added a switch to switch between the 1n914 and a red LED. The LED makes it very loud but the 1n914 clips slightly harder. Anyway, I highly recommend building one.

soundclip?.....with gain full?...please!..

@b tremblay..id like to ask a question about your sounclips on the runoffgroove site!

why do only some of them use full gain...most are gain set at 12 oclock etc!..is there any particular reason for this

I don't have a way to record a decent soundclip right now. But the gain is at full all the time so the soundclip at ROG should be fine.

Yeah I built my wb with 5089's and it just flat rocks, tons of output awesome range of tones.
