Tantalum capacitor problem

so i get all the parts in finally to put this pedal together. After waiting and putting the project off, it finally was gonna get built  . I get all the way through only to see that i forgot one Tantalum capacitor. My local electronics store does not carry the specific value i need and i do not feel like ordering only one part.  Is there anyway i could use an electro cap instead or something else. I need a .1uf Tantalum capacitor

What are you making? I'm sure you could use another type.

100n film or electrolytic is almost certaintly fine. I don't really know why people still use tantalum caps, unless they're really small or somehting?
