Stereo cable, two SPST switches. One switch shorts the tip to sleeve, the other shorts ring to sleeve.

To futher clarify, if you have a later model (post 85 or something like that.. most are later models...)

Tip to sleeve connected: Normal (clean) channel
Tip to sleeve not connected: Distorted channel

Ring to Sleeve connected: Reverb on
Ring to sleeve not connected: Reverb off
