off topic help casio VL-Tone

Oh no.  My casio VL-Tone has a problem. It works but the display isn't working properly. I had a look and the flat plastic (which contains several connecting paths) has become unglued from the display. This means I can't use the built in calculator........(I know...but the novelty value). These are pretty small connectors , I can't work out how to reglue the plastic while still making the connections. Hopefully this will make sence to someone who has repaired a modern effect. I'm thinking superglue on the outside at the moment. Is there a correct way to reconnect these modern or modernish  pieces of plastic that contain maybe even carbon (black flat paths on plastic)? Thanks.
ps man they don't make stuff like they used to!
