I'm just about to buy the part for my neovibe build ;D  I was going to buy the parts from mouser but they no longer carry most of those parts. I'm going to buy all the stuff from smallbear, but the only thing is that the voltage for all the Polyester film caps that they have are 50V and the one in the part list are 100V. Will the 50V polyester caps work fine?

Another thing is the wall transformer, the part list says 14-16VAC or 20-24VDC and the one they have is 18VAC. Is that ok?

I'm kinda of a noob. I know this is a difficult project but hey it worth a shot. Thanks guys.

The max voltage your 'vibe is going to encounter is around 20~22v, so a 50v cap will do just fine. 18VAC will rectify out to something like 25VDC, so that will be fine. The neovibe has an onboard regulator to give the audio side 15VDC anyway.
For what it's worth, I sourced most of my own parts for this build, and it worked but I was not 100% happy with it. I ordered new LDR's and a 12v/40mA bulb from Steve, which made all the difference to the sound, so I definitely suggest you go with them.
