Using an expression pedal for more than one parameter?

I have two pots I'd like to be able to control by expression one at a time.  The pedal in question is a Dano Tuna Melt tremolo, but the answer can be applied to any pot that uses all 3 lugs.  Is there a way to do this with one enclosed Neutrik stereo switching jack and a 3PDT toggle?

one stereo plug will work if both parameters you are trying to control are middle lug pot to ground controls. what are the controls, how do they function in the circuit?

also looking to see the above info before we discuss what type of switch will be good to use.
