Anyone have the older version of the Tonepad Small Clone build schematic?

Hi- I'm about to take on some Small Clone modifications, and have seen reference to a couple modifications to the Tonepad Small Clone build that are no longer mentioned or explained in the current build file...

Specifically, I'd like to add a modulation width pot, but am not sure of the best way to implement that. I'd also like to possibly add a bass cut control to the chorus'd signal since I'll be using this more with bass and want to be able to keep clarity even with a fairly deep chorus setting (I also plan to add delay time control to deepen the sweep).
