Dude, I am relaxed.  I'm trying to educate.  I don't care what caps you use, never said I or implied that I did, but if we're going to discuss them, at least tell the full story.  That's all I'm saying.

Yeah I really cant "hear" any difference between 225 715 or 716,and I have all 3 types.
But the difference between OD and M150 was drastic when applied to 3 stages at once.
Yeah I checked them and they were all within spec,actually closer than spec.

If you have a small tube amp with more than one gain stage its an easy experiment to try yourself.

Yeah, sorry about that. I misread your post. 

No worries here. I think it's good for people to try different things and report the results. I know there are different OD caps and can't remember which ones I tried. It was a long time ago.
