DIY Pork Loin?

Hey everybody! 

Anybody have a pork loin schematic?  I figure I will go buy one, because its very complicated and everything, but was going to see if there was a schematic or even a layout for this thing out here.

Well, after demolishing the internet looking for something, all I could find was this.

There's a link to the owner's manual on there and on the second page it shows what the circuit board looks like. So, pretty much no help at all.
