I am having issues with this "very expensive boutique mod"   build and  cant figure out what is going on. the volt readings are almost double at Q1 and Q2, as well as 9 volts at all dual-opamp prongs.  i was trying to follow the the circuit board to see where the problem lyes, but I cant figure out what the voltages should be around the circuit boards leading up to this point..any ideas or clues?  I have spent three days looking into to this with no success...I am pulling my hair out!!!

Any suggestion would be appreaciated.
