Sorry I don't have a pic of this yet, but I will post some shortly, i've searched the web and have come up empty on this pedal that i just purchased from GC (never thought i'd see a weird used custom/boutique pedal there...) hoping as i describe it as best as possible that someone can help out.  Sorry not sure if this is the right section of the forum to post this but anyways...

GC was calling it a "Maple Leaf Overdrive" as it has a gold painted stamped "Maple Leaf" on the top of the pedal (the enclosure is the common Hammond 1590-BB size) painted a dark grey, and has two foot switches.  It is split between a left/right side switching, the right-side is the "overdrive/distortion" section that has 3 knobs (all are white pointer type with black index i believe a clone of the Davies #1510) controlling volume, tone and drive and has an LED.  The left-side is the "boost/fuzz" section has 1 knob controlling "level/volume" and two SPDT switches ( i think, they were taped over when i looked inside) controlling whether it was a boost or the type/amount of fuzz, also there is an LED for this side.  It runs only on DC power jack, there is not a 9V connection inside.  There are not any markings or indications of who what or why of this pedal anywhere (looked inside the enclosure as well)  The actual circuit board looks to be something that is made in production it is green and labeled somewhat in detail with a professional print (like mas-produced EH pedals).

It sounds pretty cool and interesting haven't had a chance to really test it yet in my setup its pretty much a fuzz/overdrive and boost rolled into one pedal, the boost can be engaged separately which is nice, the fuzz switching only works when the overdrive & boost are engaged.

again, i'll have pics up soon. this could obviously be a one-of-a-kind or very few unique custom made pedal but to me from the looks of the circuit board i don't think it is...

This is easily modded to accept 9V battery power as well. As long as there is room inside the enclosure for a 9V battery.

This pedal sounds like A LOT of other boost + overdrive/fuzz pedals on the market. It must have been a local store item.

yeah i thought about adding the ability to use a 9V battery but there isn't much room, the board is pretty large it may be possible on top of pots but i think i'll stick with the power supply...

after some research it is alot like the custom/boutique overdrive/fuzz + boost pedals out there, the closest being something called a Hairball and the Fulltone ParaDrive but the boost and overdrive is swapped to opposite sides and I don't believe the Paradrive has a fuzz option?

i hope to have pics up later...
