Off Board wiring for a bass balls

Hello There
does anyone have a break down of the off board wiring for a bassballs.  I took it apart to TB and never got back to it.  Can't find my wiring diagram and I can't remember. 
It is a Black Russian, board marked 16119701-MA
Here is a shot of the board and wires.  I numbered the wires, I am not worrying about TB.

I can't see what you put on the black cable??? it is your problem?? you want a layout or the circuit???

I will take another look and take a better pic with things spread out:  here is another shot I had.
I think that was the ground to the enclosure.

In the cooper side you must look for a missing pad or a part of cooper wire broken and soldied in his site!!! there are some in somewere; you have to look for it!!!!
