Yeah, I basically pulled that power circuit out of the stompbox cookbook. It is kinda funny like that, regulating down to 5V then converting to +/-15V. It works. But, like I said, I'd prolly do it differently... next time.

(Cool... you're going to make both pots external, right?     )
