Simple gain recovery after BMP tonestack

   IM putting a BMP tonestack in a juggernaut ( bass rat )

I know Ill lose gain ( volume ) so I am thinking of putting in a simple gain recovery section with a bc550.

The stage you have there is a buffer with unity gain, so it won't make up for any of the gain lost. Something like this would probably work better:



You can take out R1 and the volume pot.
