Ive been looking around for mods but the only ones ive found have been a switching mod. can i use a pot to adjust the effect level so i can go from completely wet (vibrato) to partially wet (chorus) to completely dry?

also i might mod the LFO so i can get square and triangle, dont think that should be too hard.

any other mods i should look into?

k...dig up the CE-2B schematic for the blend control.  It's a 250K pot, iirc.   Vibrato is an SPST switch to disconnect R21.

Power supply: replace R53 with a jumper.  Either replace D5 with a jumper or a schottky diode if you want reverse battery protection.
Increase the rate range: Replace R32 with a 470K
Increase depth: Replace R38 with a 180K
Create gain: Increase R6
Fidelity: Replace electrolytics C2 (0.47uF) and C17 (1uF) with film caps
Noise: Replace IC1 with an OP2134 or NE5532...whichever draws less current...or you already have

Note that, if you have an actual Boss CE-2, that the switching affects only the wet signal.  That means that if you cancel the dry or turn it down, when you switch to bypass (actually, just effect-cancel) your volume will be affected.
