  Alldatasheet has alldatasheets wrapped up.
  I tried 10 links they all go to alldatasheets.
  I tried the Pdf download and it too takes me to alldatasheets.

What's a PIC17? A Microchip micro-controller? You need the rest of the code. When you know the rest i recommend you going to the microchip website, they have much better datasheets than the ones you get on alldatasheet.com. At least the ones i got there for PIC16F648 and PIC18F2550 were less complete on the alldatasheet website.
